We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.

SMS & Text Message Alerts

Kaamfu may send SMS text messages and initiate voice calls to phone numbers provided by authorized users of our platform for the purpose of delivering operational alerts, including but not limited to website uptime notifications, incident alerts, and recovery notifications.

SMS messages and voice calls are only sent to individuals who have been explicitly added to our alert notification system by an authorized account administrator and have had SMS, Call, or WhatsApp notifications enabled for their profile. We do not send unsolicited messages to any phone number that has not been manually configured by an authorized platform user.

Message frequency varies based on monitored website activity. Alerts are event-driven, not scheduled, and are only sent when a monitored website status changes (e.g., site goes down or recovers). Estimated volume is fewer than 100 messages per month.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers collected through our platform with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are stored securely and used exclusively for platform alert delivery.
